Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Youssif is passionate about crafting food that is deliciously unpretentious.
The Project
Chef Youssif needed updated photos of his dishes, with an emphasis on local ingredients, and beautiful but approachable plating techniques.
Results
The photos were used by Ke Nui Kitchen and Waimea Valley to advertise their services and events and later by Chef Youssif in his portfolio. He is now the Executive Chef at the Summit Hotel in Big Sky, Montana.
